Good location nice swimming pool, and one of the staff members called Danny he made our stay! :-)
A rude welcoming when we arrived, room was very small and not cleaned in the whole 5 days we were there. Everything you ask from the staff is a massive effort! The bathrooms smelt from the stagnant water on the floor there was no way of us getting rid of it. Wouldn't have stayed any longer then one night if we hadn't already paid as felt very unwelcome not a nice holiday atmosphere.

The location and pool is great.
The standard and premium rooms are very small and the standard is quite low. We pre-booked and paid for a premium room with AC, freezer and hot water shower. When we arrived and got in the room there was no freezer and the hot water didn't work. When we complained they blamed Booked.net and said that this particular room didn't include the things we had booked. When we wanted our money back they said we had to turn to Booked.net for a refund. Later we told the manager that we will never return to Sandy Bay Resort whereupon she told us "not my problem - not my place"...
